Down 24 pounds after 2 months of basic training. I came into basic weighing 194 pounds and now I’m at 170 pounds. I'm going into AIT for the next 3 months in 3 more days and looking to loose 10 more pounds to reach my goal of 160 pounds. 💪🏾
